If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a Siona-controlled public website, product or related system, please report it confidentially so we can investigate and remediate responsibly.

What to include
- A clear description of the issue and potential impact
- Steps to reproduce, or supporting evidence where safe to share
- Affected URL, product or environment if known
- Your contact details for follow-up
Do not include passwords, production customer datasets or other high-risk material unless we specifically request a secure channel for that information.
Responsible disclosure
Good-faith security research is welcome within lawful bounds. Please do not attempt unauthorised access beyond what is needed to demonstrate an issue, disrupt services, or publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
