Before SIONA, Griff worked across county government and national data programs, coordinating community development initiatives, field teams, stakeholder workshops and public-service delivery in Laikipia County.
His background includes collaboration with community-based organizations, NGOs, government departments and development partners, giving SIONA an executive lens grounded in trust, local context and measurable outcomes.
He combines program planning, monitoring, reporting, financial controls, ERP and database workflows, digital communication and continuing technical literacy through CS50/software fundamentals.
